Good Morning…

The debate last night wasn’t too exciting, but I really think Obama did a great job of explaining a lot of the specifics of his plans to help rebuild America.  And McCain wondering around signaling people off camera while Obama was speaking really is showing his age. It is scary to think about what that look reminds me of.  I have set up a page to make it easy to donate over at

I am not sure how many of you have donated yet, but if you haven’t now is the time.  With less than 4 weeks remaining all signs are starting to point towards a clear victory for Obama / Biden and that is what makes NOW so important.  We can not relax because the Republican party faced with a defeat is begining to “take off the gloves”.  We need to work harder now more than ever.

We need to make sure that all of our friends and family members are not only REGISTERED to vote, but have a PLAN to vote on November 4th.  We need to make sure that people in our neighborhoods can get to the polling places.  We need to WORK harder now than ever before.  It is now a sprint to the starting line.  I am sad that I will be out of the country on election day, that I won’t be able to gather with friends and watch the election unfold, but I will be voting absentee and when I am back from tour, this is the most important thing on my list of things to do before I leave for Europe.

Please make sure that voting is on your list of things to do.  Voter turnout is going to be critically important.
