What do I like about this city?

Good Morning…

I can’t believe it has been over a week.  I am now in Salt Lake City, UT.  I have always loved this city, I am not sure why, but I have.  I also love my house, and it was great to see my friends having a party there, even though I was gone.

I am not sure if I have ever had a day off in Seattle.  It just doesn’t happen that often if it has ever happened, and I think I am usually busy doing stuff, but not this time.  It was Amanda’s birthday so I didn’t do any work.  Instead we went to El Gaucho.  Ceasar Salad, made right at our table.

This is what I got last time, which I try not to do, but I remember it being great.  AND IT WAS.  Steak El Gaucho.  Which is a sirloin with lobster on top.

Amanda had the Ostritch.  She had that last time as well.  Oh well.  Don’t fuck with what you know.

One of my favorite parts was that the portions were big enough that I got to take a little bit of each on tour and eat them for after show food the next night in Boise.  Big ass fruit bowl.

I don’t like “blue cheese” bt this looked great.

And time for the real dessert.  Made table side.  You can’t go wrong with Rum, Brown Sugar and FIRE!!!
