Everything in New York ain’t always what it seems.

Good Morning…

My favorite sunglass dealer from Austria somehow was at the show tonight, and brought us new sunglasses.  It had been a long day.  The band played on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, which was pretty fun.  But it meant that I had to get up at 7am to crossload some gear into a truck.  Then Chopper had to be at NBC at 9am, then I had to be there with the band at 11am. We then headed back to the venue to load-in and soundcheck at 2pm, then back to NBC for the taping

Then it should have been back to the venue for the rest of the night, but my buddies from Apple had something different in mind.

After some serious problems with my computer, and I know I have mentioned them before but in case you forgot here is the list of things that have been done to my 16 month old MacBook Pro.  Replaced the keyboard and top case, replaced the hard drive, replaced the Ram, replaced the Logic Board, replaced the bottom case, and there were a few trips to the service dept where I dont remember the outcome, I finally had enough.  Basesd on the fact that the screen fading at the sides of the screen were outside spec, which means they would have had to replace the screen, the last major part to be replaced, I was given a brand new MacBook Pro.

I barely made it back in time for the guys to go on stage.

But I finally got there, and they went on a few minutes late.

Nobody really seemed to mind.
