the best chapters

So we ended up in Memphis again.  Well it isn’t like I didn’t know I was coming back to Memphis, but for not being here in years, it is kind of crazy to hit it twice in a week.  This time we had more time to spare, so we went on a tour of Sun Records.

I didn’t ask if I could play this guitar or not.  I wonder if it makes noise?

You know how long it took you to look at those two pictures, that is about how long the tour takes.  Nathan and Maust talk to some kid out on the road, finding himself, hitch-hiking around the country.

After the show, Diamond Gabe’s was open for business.  Every day the vibe is different, depending on where we get to set up.

We cut the game a little short, we really wanted to experience Beale Street.

And boy did we.
