I need a day off.

Maust, Mr. Two-phones, getting ready for an exciting day off in Den Haag.

First things first, a helecopter flight over the countryside.  This is a nursery.

Then over to St. John’s Basilica.

Lots of action today. Not sure what was going on, but it looked exciting.

Had to head down for a closer look.

People having a good time hanging out in the park.

ACTION PACKED

The beautiful canals of Holland.

Overview of the town.

The Belvedere.

Fancy car.

Just in time for a fancy wedding.

OH NO! A TRUCK COULDN’T MAKE THE TURN.

The trucker had to skip town.

The witnesses spoke with the press.

The trucker drank to forget.

The gardens need some work.

Not everything was small at tiny town.

I had to stand on my tip toes to see into this courtyard, not sure if I was supposed to see this photoshoot.

Majestic

A lot of military actions were taking place.

After tiny town we went down to the canals for a boat ride.

And then to the amusement park. The Rocket to Mars.

The Indian Dance.

The market place.

Some Dutch housing.

Very good public transportation. And also, Gulliver’s Travels just came to town.

Holland is known for their canals. It is the Venice of Europe.

Like I said. Lots of MILITARY ACTION. Not actions, but the military was on the move.

Somebody needs to clean up their back porch.

The windmills keep the water at bay. That is what everyone kept telling us. I tried to put that to a test.

The concert hall.

And the ride to the hotel.

City Centre.

Look kids…BIG BEN.

More ads for the new movie in town.

Another wedding.

And another ship.

Transportation is very important. Trains traveled over 16,000 kilometers last year.

The airport was bustling.

I was obviously excited.

Beachfront property.

The estate has fallen on hard times.

Where Seaseme Street is filmed.

And the center for the performing arts. Cultural events are very important in Holland.

This is Kaaselt. It is a 3 on 3 ball game that is played in Holland. I am a champion at it.

A peaceful little neighborhood, serviced by an efficient tram.

The tram also passes by another wedding. All people do is march in uniform and get married in this town.

They should stop marching so much, and put a little effort into fixing up the zoo.

It is hard to see, but these military aren’t marching, they are just posing for photos. If you watch very carefully you can see the photographers flash going off.

Another march. This one had the locals a buzz. I have no idea what they were all saying, but there was a lot of pointing and heated conversations.

We took a break to watch the world’s most boring laser show.

Beach Front Property.

Golden Earring was giving a little concert. What a great show.

The freight yards. Like Pork Sword always said. “If you got it, a truck brought it.” Or in this case a ship and a train.

This is the Corpus building under construction.

The finished product is amazing.

Lots of modern construction in Holland.

And recession or not, industry continues to chug along.

All the workers need to live somewhere, so modern housing is flourishing in Holland.

Energy costs are high, so there is an abundance of solar power, in the solar city.

Not everyone can afford their own place, so apartments and townhomes are surging in popularity.

And with all of the housing, people need work, so construction is on the rise.

Oil drilling still dominates the ocean beaches.

And with poor safety, and plenty of spills, the oil cleanup industry is one of the strongest growing segments of the Holland Economy.
